The Website serves to:
- Present NOA Control's accredited services (inspection, certification, testing)
- Provide information on our accreditations, standards, and competencies
- Enable contact and submission of service requests
- Publish legal, quality, and compliance documents
The Website does not provide automatic contracting of services. Any service agreement requires written confirmation from NOA Control.

Under Article 165 of Law No. 54/2024 "On Electronic Communications in the Republic of Albania", NOA Control may send you marketing communications by email or SMS only where:

- You are an existing client of NOA Control and the communication relates to services similar to those already provided — in which case Article 165(2) of the same Law applies
You have the right to withdraw from any marketing communication at any time, free of charge, by:

- Sending a written request to info@noacontrol.al.
NOA Control does not send marketing communications with a concealed identity or without a valid return address, in compliance with Article 165(3) of Law No. 54/2024.

Processing of personal data of Website visitors is carried out in accordance with Law No. 124/2024 "For the Protection of Personal Data" and our Privacy Notice, available at www.noacontrol.al/politika-e-privatesise.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania..

NOA Control reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended version is published on the Website with a revised date. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
